On my face there is some signs of black pimple. How can I get rid of them? How much treatment will I need to prevent facial scars?

Typically, "black pimples" represent open comedones. The best treatments for comedones are "comedolytics". Currently the best comedolytics are prescription tretinoin (Retin A) or Differin (Aldapalene).
