Treatment for Black Pimple Symptoms?

On my face there is some signs of black pimple. How can I get rid of them? How much treatment will I need to prevent facial scars?

Treatment for black pimples

Typically, "black pimples" represent open comedones. The best treatments for comedones are "comedolytics". Currently the best comedolytics are prescription tretinoin (Retin A) or Differin (Aldapalene). These are prescription so you should see a dermatologist for this.
