Black Eyes after revision rhinoplasty
When performing any rhinoplasty, especially involving bony work, it is common for there to be bruising around the eyes. This bruising most commonly resolves within 2 to 3 weeks or so. Persistent bruise
Bruises can at times last for months - one option is to use a Q switch laser (typically used to treat tattoos) in a effort to break down the hemosiderrin and speed up the process

Black Eyes 2 Months after Rhinoplasty
Although very rare, it is possible to have dark eyes for several months after rhinoplasty. Bleaching creams may help, but patience is the best treatment. Cosmetics will help to camouflge this pigmentation until the problem resolves.

The pigmentation you are experiencing is probably due to hemosidrin the oxide of the iron in the red blood cell.
You can use a bleeching agent. But time is the most important. It may take a long tome for the color to fade.
