Black dots on tip of nose

Black dots on tip of nose are usually of two origins: - blackheads (open comedones), which can be treated with such acne medications as peroxide or topical retinoids. - microscopic hairs growing in the pores (trichostasis spinulosa), for which there is no treatment. When you remove them with sticky strips like Biore it looks very impressive but they regrow readily.
