I Have Got Black/brown Dots Under my Eyes After RF Treatment Done for Milia Under my Eye, is It Normal? (photo)

hello, i'am 20 years old and i have been having trouble with dark circles and milia under my eyes ,i went to a cosmetologist and he suggested radio frequency treatment for it,and the settings applied is one every week (4 sessions) .soon after the treatment my eyes became red,swollen and had small bumps on it ,in the morning i noticed that the swelling was not there but small black/brown dots and really small lines on the treated area and it itches,is this normal? *time to heal completely? HELP!
