Can Bioplastique (Solid Injectable Silicone) Be Removed?

I had some injections of this product called bioplastique.It's a permanent filler,it's solid silicone that it's been used for years in surgery, for many purposes.In plastic surgery,they use it as injectable filler for soft tissue augmentation. I had some injections on my cheeks.The result is almost delusional.This product is no longer in production so I cannot do it more to get a better result.No doctor in Italy (where I come from) wants to inject other filler, scared of eventual reactions even though this product is considered compatible and secure.What am I supposed to do now? remove it? Any experience? Very grateful.
