Can Bio Gel Butt Injections Spread?

i had biogel butt injecions done 2 yrs ago, but i feel like it is dropping. my butt seems lower, and one side is slightly lower than the other. is it possible for the biogel to spread elsewhere after 2 years. i also like to run; is it dropping/spreading because i am working out? i thought maybe since the muscle tears during a work out, the liquid is seeping out elewhere?
