Not everyone is a candidate for non surgical nose job.

Hi. Fillers are not going to make your nose look smaller or narrower. I am afraid only surgical refinement will work.

Reducing a Big Nose without Surgery

Hi, Unfortunately, there is no way to make a large nose, like yours, without surgery. You have an ethnic nose with thick skin and wide nostrils. The only way to reduce the size is with a surgical procedure. Best, Dr.S.

You cannot make a nose smaller non-surgically

Hi, While sometimes adding fillers to the nose in a non surgical rhinoplasty can change the light and shadow reflexes off of your nose and give an illusion of a smaller or more refined nose, most reductive measures involve actual surgical rhinoplasty and from your picture there is no good way of making your nose smaller without an actual rhinoplasty.
