I have a big white bump on my incisin line. Lipo flank and lower back and abodominal plasty btw my thigh and underwear line. I'm on my 3rd week but am not still swelling and not abe to walk straigt yet.

Much of your descriptions sound somewhat typical for a tummy tuck. The white bumpt could be a stitch abscess or fat necrosis or small seroma. Discuss  the diagnosis and treatment with your surgeon.
