Pair of central incisors are relatively large and slightly tilted towards inside at the center. They are unnecessarily large, occupying more space due to a tilt inwards. There is a lack of symmetry of teeth.
Answer: Orthodontic Treatment Orthodontic treatment would be a great way for you to get your teeth aligned. Not only would it improve the alignment of your upper central incisors, but I also notice crowding and a tooth coming out in the lower jaw which could be corrected with braces or clear aligners.Warm regardsDr. Prashant Nanda

Answer: Can my pair of central incisors be reduced in size and well aligned with others? Your concerns could be corrected by orthodontics or Invisalign. Once they are straightened and aligned, the size of the central incisors may not be as prominent. If you still feel that they are too large, than you could have some cosmetic recontouring(smoothing and reshaping enamel). Your lower teeth are also crowded, so Orthodontics or Invisalign would be a good option for you. Your periodontal health is easier maintained with straighter teeth.

Answer: Not sure Without a photo of your whole face it is difficult to tell. For a really great smile the teeth size needs to be in the proper proportion to the rest of your face. I suspect that the previous advice is correct and your best option is an Orthodontic solution. Look at how narrow the bicuspid ( middle back teeth) is. Your smile would probably be prettier if that area was widened, creating the space for your front teeth to fit properly. Compare your smile to Julia Roberts. I think you could get there.

Answer: Big centrals You are correct that they dominate your smile--That said, large central incisors are what every model and cover girl are looking for. Its the tilting and misalignment that is the real issue--looks like a great option for orthodontics--invisalign may be a great option--I would not recommend reshaping the teeth significatly--save for ortho if you need too--your smile will be amazing--Dr John Merrill

Answer: Central incisor size One of the reasons your upper central incisors appear large is because there is some crowding of your teeth, the results in the central incisors appearing forward relative to the teeth next to them. If your teeth were to be aligned with orthodontic treatment, you may no longer feel that they look large. Another additional possibility is that the lateral incisors are small compared to the central incisors, which is actually more common. If at the end of orthodontic treatment, your teeth are aligned properly, but you are still concerned about the size of your teeth, you would then see a restorative dentist to find out about options such as veneers to alter the shape of your teeth. I recommend that you have a consultation with an orthodontist to do a comprehensive evaluation and go over your treatment options.
