My crown was smoothened by dentist but it still feels rough to my tongue also I think my two crowns are slightly bigger than they should be. Should crown be 100% same as the teeh before ?It has no rough edges but the crown feels little rough on its sides after dentist polished it . What shoul I do ?

Essentially they are the same, except the 3/4 crowns wrap around the sides of the teeth to give a little more grab on them and it may also help with the change in color. In your case, it would seem that the 3/4 crowns would be the best
I'm not sure what the purpose of recommending 3/4 crowns is. There seems to be several issues that need to be addressed first before decoding on a course of treatment involving crowns. Number one would be to find out what is causing the exteme sensitivity and pain....are they abscessed and need...
I would recommend discussing this with your dentist. Cerec crowns can be made of many materials. If they were done many years ago some of the stronger materials that we use today may not have been available. I tell my patients that the only unbreakable crown is full gold....
