Eyebrows Are Falling Due to Minoxidil?

I used minoxidil for about 1 month.Now my eyebrows are falling . I've no problem with thyroid.and the eyebrows areas are also paining not in the head.i have no problems with sinusitis.the eyebrows are not falling in patchy like in alopecia araeta rather one by one 7 to8 per day.i have consulted my doctor he said it will be controled automaticaly .i do not know how it would grow automatically.he diidn't gave me any medicine.would i stop minoxidil.would my eyebrow will grow automatically??
