Answer: Lazerlift or surgical neck lift? A surgical lower face and neck lift with Platysmaplasty is the most effective option to correct the neck and jowls. The laser cannot be safely used in the jowl area due to risk of nerve injury. The laser also will not correct Platysma Muscle bands.
