Fractora Firm, Can I Get More Info On This?

I saw this used by Dr. Anthony Youn on a TV show (can't remember which one). Results looked impressive. Googled to find doctors in LA who use it and there aren't many (hardly any) Is it just a very new procedure and how does it compare with other lasers and or Ulthera, which everyone is raving about?
