What's the Best Treatment for Oily and Acne-prone Skin?

Hi doctors, I'm in my late 20's and I have Asian/Oriental skin. I've used Adapalene cream in the past for 3 months or so, with some improvement. But I've stopped using it. Now my acne is coming back. It's oily with some papules and pustules. I notice my skin on each side of my nose has large pores. I also have some acne scars. And I got sunburned 3 weeks ago, now my skin tone looks worse and uneven. What treatment is best overall for acne and improved skin tone? Chemical peels? Lasers? Use Adapalene again?
