Best Skin Tightening Treatment for Post-pregnancy Belly?

What is the best tightening treatment or device for sagging post-pregnancy belly? It's not a fat issue, just excess thin skin that appears quite unsightly.

Surgery for removal of loose skin

If you have a lot of loose skin on your abdomen you are probably better off having some sort of skin excision procedure whether it is a mini-tummy tuck or a full tummy tuck.

If your skin quality is OK, you could consider Thermage before surgery

If there is a large amount of loose skin with stretch marks, then you'll get the most benefit from tummy tuck, with some form of surgical muscle tightening. If you skin quality is OK, and you are beginning to notice looseness, then Thermage may be considered to provide some level of non-invasive tightening. Thermage may not cause enough tightening to obviate surgery, but it does not preclude it.

Probably a mini-abdominoplasy or a full abdominoplasty

There really is no best way to do this. It just depends on the condition of the various components of the abdominal wall: muscle, fat and skin. Also, the proportion of intra-abdominal fat needs to be assessed, which, of course, is not approached by abdominoplasty. Smart Lipo can only improve minimal skin laxity.
