Benign Bump? (photo)
I have a 1/2 inch benign bump under my armpit (had it checked out by a doctor) and wanted to know what the effort, cost, options, healing to get it removed. In terms of consistency, the bump is hard. Thanks!

Bump
It is hard to tell much without an examination. The final and most conclusive answer is with an excision which is not very complicated.

Armpit mass
This armpit mass looks like an accessory nipple, but it may be something else (hard to tell from picture). At any rate, it can be removed easily under local anesthesia.
