How Beneficial is Fraxel C02 for the Chest Area on a Female? (photo)

I had fraxel C02 on my face, neck, chest area and exp'd high swelling and redness. Day 4-my face is finally peeling and looking better. My neck and chest are not ~ they are a deep bright red/purple, AND extremely painful, can hardly touch. I have been on Valtrex since day 1, altho originally generic version, just swapped to the real Valtrex today (Day 4). I still am on pain pills and running a fever. Derm did swab today to check for infection. Should fraxel be used for chest area? HELP.
