is it normal to have pain and green/yellow area, under my breast, after my surgery breast aug? I'm 1 week post op (Photo)

The green yellow color is a resolving bruise, which is normal.  It is very difficult to tell anything from these photographs.  At 1 week after surgery what yu are describing sounds normal.

The discoloration that you note is the last stages of bruising (quite normal). Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with long-term.

Based on reviewing your photograph, I agree.  There is nothing of concern that I can see.  The discoloration is a resolving bruise or bruised area in that area between the breasts.  Make sure you follow up with your plastic surgeon and follow the aftercare recommendations of your plastic surgeron.
