Pedicule TRAM is faster

Pedicule TRAM flap is a safe, reliable and relatively quick procedure. This can be done in less time than a free tissue transfer. I would recommend discussing surgery with your primary medical doctor. Best of Luck, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

You need to have in person consultation

You should discuss this with your plastic surgeon. Your options for the breast reconstruction will depend on your general health, your expectations and available tissue.
