before smart lipo i jogged 5 miles a day....how soon can i go back to that

Jogging after lipisuction

Check with your surgeon as they may have a different view from a surgeon who didn't do your surgery. Some might say two and other 4 weeks or more.

I would let you go back to jogging in 5-7 days

Please realize that different surgeons will have different opinions and they will use the smartlipo on different patients. i reserve the smartlipo for those pts who need relatively small amounts of fat removed, so i feel comfortable letting them jog at 5-7 days. it is important that you consult with your own surgeon since your case may be different than the average patient that i treat.
