4 days PO from R cheek implant revision due to hematoma pocket. R upper lip & nostril aren't moving correctly. Permanent?(Photo)

I've had my cheek implants for 1 year but recently had issues w/fluid collection on the R side. The 1 time the PS drained a clear fluid & repositioned the implant since it migrated using fixation screws. But I got a hematoma collection that needed to be drained so 1 month later he fixed that issue using a new implant. That same day I realized my R upper lip & nostril weren't working correctly. They can move in certain ways but the nostril doesn't flare when I breath and I can't smile correctly.
