My 2yr old little girl has a terrible scar from her bcg innoculation at birth. It formed a "hole" on her upper arm and also a scar in the "hole". Will the hole and scar get smaller and less shallow as she ages and loses fat on her upper arms or will it grow/stretch as she grows? Should I wait until she is older or should I take her to a plastic surgeon?
