My nose is cold all the time. I was wondering if there is a circulation issue I should be converned about? What can I do to get it warm - other than wear a nose warmer.

Cold nose after Mohs

It is possible that your nose may have had some change in circulation after Mohs - at this point there is not much you can do about that
