Insurance coverage for gastric bypass revision
Insurance coverage is very variable for revisions. The ROSE procedure is covered by few insurance companies. Most insurance consider this experimental. The Lap-Band is usually always covered i if you meet the criteria for Lap-Band which is BMI of 40 or BMI of 35 with medical problems related to obesity.
