I had a bbl 12 days ago and it looks like a little bubble on the bottom of my left butt cheek what is it and will it go away?

Bubble on Buttock after 12 Days Following Brazilian Buttlift

The bubble could be a blister, a fat lump, fat necrosis, or many other things. Pictures would be helpful, but your plastic surgeon would be in the best position to answer that.
