Hello thanks for the question. We do a large number of Brazilian buttock lifts and no two are exactly alike. This is because it is a shaping procedure meaning we add fat and take away fat. Depending on what areas you would like enhanced and highlighted. Thus we can add fat to the sides and bottom if you would like or if this would make you look shapelier. Good luck
