what is the reason that some dr, Reccomend the garments with the buttocks exposed while others choose the regular garment that squishes your butt and covers

Garments after Brazilian buttock lift

There are many different types of garments to be used after a fat transfer to the buttock. Some have an open area over each buttock cheek some do not. There is no science behind using one over the other. The garments help more with the liposuction portion of the surgery, not as much with the fat transfer portion. Each surgeon has his or her reasons so listen carefully to your plastic surgeon. But most will have their patients wear some type of garment for four to six weeks. Best... more
