I have a skin depression in the shape of an inverted Y on the apex of my cheek. This is a strictly topographical issue which is particularly accentuated by overhead and oblique lighting. Let's just say I now hate cloudy days. While I'm not sure when exactly it manifested, I noticed this about 3 years ago and used to have repeated breakouts in this area about a decade ago. I'm very much interested in what the best approach would be to resolving this.

having fillers, I would recommend Voluma. It's meant for cheek
augmentation, is soft, long-lasting, and can be dissolved in the rare case
you get an undesired outcome. Other reasonable options including Radiesse, Perlane, and Bellafill.
