Is it true that the higher the dose of accutane at one time, may cause more harm then good? I heard it's better to do the full 6 months course by gradually increasing. Would it be beneficial to take biotin for the hair while on accutane? Is there anything that can reverse the outcome of hairloss? What about after the course? What is the percent of people who developed hairloss either during or after treatment? How long does this typically last?

You can't pause for 2-6 months and have the regimen work. Accutane dosing is based on a cumulative dose, which means you take it consistently, not haphazardly. Your body won't have any issues and there is no resistance built up, but basically, by stopping for those months, when you start again...
Your pills should come in a packaging that keeps them out of the light. This is important. You should not remove them out of the packaging and put them in another container or anything like that. I would not recommend taking isotretinoin that was exposed to sunlight. It's just not a good idea....
