I ran and scraped my knee pretty badly and then it turned into a keloid afterwards. I see most people that have keloids on their ear, they tied a rubber band/string around it and it came off within a week but my keloid is on my knee. So can I tie a rubber band/string on the keloid ON my KNEE or is there some kind of way I can remove it without surgery.
