Hello, Can I get someones opinion on barbed sutures that dissolve? I had a revision on a previos tummy tuck that was done really bad, but the first time they used monocryl to close me up. I ended spitting a lot of sutures. The Dr. said I was the worst case she ever saw. Now with this revision, the Dr. uses barbed sutures that dissolve. What are my chances of spitting less with this type of suture and when does this type dissolve compared to monocryl? Thanks so much!
