Can You Have Banding After Gastric Bypass?

I had gastric by pass in 2005 never loss huge amounts top off at 70lbs.Over the years i have regained almost all but 15lbs. I am wondering if it is possble to get banding on top of the pouch. I had laperscopic.. and have often wondered if the pouch was not made small enough to begin with due to the very slow weight loss and not alot total.Compared to friends in my group.
