Banana Roll Deformity After Liposuction

After liposuction the banana roll area on the right leg had an additional fold about an inch underneath the normal gluteal fold. My Dr recommended that I have more fat taken out of that area to flatten the fold. I had the revision done and the fold became deeper. Can anyone fix this?

Without examining you, it woudl be difficult to say what the extra roll is. Is it from over resection or under-resection from surrounding regions?

A second infraglutealy crease created by liposuction, can be improved by fat injections when done cautiously. Better to have a series of injections than to try to inject too much at one time.

Fat injections can improve deformity after liposuction.

Hi. I am sorry to say that you have a rare, difficult problem after liposuction. But the contour below the buttocks can often be improved with fat injections.
