I'm mid-30s and always thought surgeries were for girls. But I'm considering one for my head shape which is rather large and has an impression on top (hats don't even fit me right usually); also my forehead is very prominent with a high hairline (I know the scar risk, but if it's receding it's very slowly. My hairline was always high). What procedures (such as bone reduction) would improve my facial/cranial proportion and overall aesthetic? Would any doctors be willing to look at more pictures?

The primary treatment for inner brow falling in a young person is Botox. This should be tried for at least a year before you consider a more aggressive procedure.
YES, through a hairline incision (pretrichial), both the brows can be lifted and the hairline can be lowered. In fact, that is one of the advantages of using hairline incision for brow/forehead lift.
The most common cause is hair growing within the confines of the incision. Have your surgeon check for scalp incision carefully. If there are none seen, consult your dermatologist for a wide range of inflammatory conditions that can be treated medically.
