Why Have I Had Such Bad Results from Chemical Peels?

I was just wondering why when i chose to have a course of agera skin peels done at the Harley medical group, is my skin now ruined. I break out constantly and pretty much have got acne and I have got scars I never used to have. I also have developed fine lines under my eyes, a line each side of my nose and a few fine lines on my forehead. I had none of these before and im only 23. why is it I have now got them and is there anything I can have done to get rid of them?
