hi I am 19.8 years old boy , I have ectomorph body with 15 KG underweight , I have receding chin and very small jaw . doctor say me I have class1 dental , I do not know why , but I have thick skin on my nose . I hate my convex face . I want to know can I perform jaw surgery so I have not convex face or chin surgery is only my way ? I have pointed centimeter below of image . how much chin can make my face looks normal (not convex )

I think an augmentation genioplasty with a sliding advancement osteotomy or implant would provide a substantial difference in your appearance with pleasing result.
