Bad Premature Sun Damage/Fine Lines Under Eyes

I am 25, but have extreme sun damage from years spent unprotected in the sun. I now wear SPF 50 daily and avoid the sun like the plague,but have an inordinate amount of prominent fine lines under the eyes for someone my age(the lines remain when I'm not smiling).Since the damage is not a result of expression, I've gathered that Botox won't work. I now self-administer mild chemical peels every few months, but I know that takes a while to see results. Any other treatments for bad premature lines?
