Can a Bad Nostril Reduction Be Fixed?

I had a nostril reduction done but the surgeon took off too much flare. I feel very self-conscious, especially under natural light where my nostrils look cut-out. I don't know if the nose looks normal. One surgeon suggested a flap advancement from the cheeks to the nostrils to lift them up. Another surgeon recommended a graft of skin/cartilage from the year to the inside of the nostrils to round them, and hopefully the curvature could improve a bit. Are these feasible options? Thanks, Nat
