Coughing

Coughing and sneezing are problems after nose surgery. You are probably ok at htis point but, I always tell patients to keep their mouth wide open to take the pressure off the nose.

Cough after rhinoplasty

No you should be ok at this point. In general coughing should not change the rhinoplasty result if a stable structure has been created. Coughing early in the post op period may cause bleeding, sinus pain and swelling or subcutaneous emphysema. These are not permanent and will resolve in time.

Is it bad to cough 3 1/2 weeks after Rhinoplasty.

At almost 1 month after a Rhinoplasty, coughing should not cause any issue for you, IMHO. It's the first month that anything that increses the blood pressure and hence the risk of bleeding, that should be avoided. As always, it's best to ask your Rhinoplasty surgeon.
