I cannot use any lotion. It burns, and it's too thin. My skin is always, especially when it's close to my period. I always use Aquaphor before bed because it makes my face feel smoother and better the next day. Is it bad to do this? My derm said I could use this on my face instead of lotion. Help.

Aquaphor is a very good ointment
Aquaphor is an excellent ointment that can be used on the face. As an ointment, it is "greasier" than a cream. If it is soothing to your skin and not producing acne, it can be part of a facial skin care regimen.
