Bacterial Folliculitus - Scar Treatment Options?

i had an extream case of what i was told was bacterial folliculitus on my face. instead of pus comming for the follical..i had dead skin cells in the tiny pimples. it has somewhat cleared, id say 97%. but now i have scaring and my skin feels horrible, not to mention am still having keritan build up under my skin on my face,and am using clindanyacin to control a reoccurance, but it doesnt help with the debris forming.what laser treatment would be good, or microdermabrassion, and why, retinoids?
