I personally have been throughly unimpressed by the dermaroller. The only before and after photographs I have seen show dramatic lighting differences between the before and after photographs which always suggests that the light has more to do with differences in the photos than the actual treatment. I think your time and money will be better spent with a provider who actually knows something about your problems and how to care for them.
