Is the Baby Quasar Red and Blue Light Device Effective or Harmful for Acne and Wrinkles?

I am considering the Baby Quasar red and blue light therapy device. It would pay for itself in a short amount of time versus going to the dermatologist twice a week at $100 each time to use their red and blue light treatments for acne and wrinkles. I am treating adult acne (pretty good now need to keep it clear) and at over 40 I am also dealing with wrinkles especially under the eyes. Is this effective or harmful in any way? What protocol would be suggested for its use? Thank you for your help.
