Breast "Hot" After Surgery?

A temperature difference between the 2 breasts may be of no significant or may be signs of a problem such as infection/hematoma. Examination by your plastic surgeon will be critical to determine the significance. Best wishes with your recovery.

If one breast is warmer and red this is an early sign of possible infection. You should be evaluated by your surgeon.
