Depends on city/state and level of expertise

The price really depends on the location.  For example a rhinoplasty in New York City will cost more than a rhinoplasty in Alabama.  The price also depends on the level of expertise of the surgeon.  I would not recommend getting a 'budget' surgery as you have a higher chance of needing a revision surgery.

The cost of rhinoplasty surgery can vary greatly. Most start around 6,000 and go up from there. Of course you should take the cost into consideration, but more importantly, you should choose an experienced surgeon with whom you feel comfortable.

Cost of rhinoplasty ranges from $6,000 to $10,000 and varies from one city to the next.  The cost increases for revision rhinoplasty as they are more complex and often require more time to perform.

In our office the cost of rhinoplasty is $7,000 and covers the surgeon's fee, OR fee, and general anesthesia by a board certified physician anesthesiologist.

This varies a great deal and depends on the experience of the surgeon and whether they use certain advanced techniques that may be more time consuming but give a better long-term result.  In most situations, for a good rhinoplasty surgeon, you should plan to spend ~ 10,000
