I had rhinoplasty ( removal of dorsal hump, bulbous nose correction and septal graft to the tip to correct short nose) 2 mths ago.. The surgeon shaved the bone as I had a small bump.I am satisfied with how my profile looks. But as time goes by, the front view starts to look a bit funny. I think my tip is pointing a bit towards my right side, bridge becoming wider. Could this be part of the healing process? Or is it what it's called open roof deformity? Much appreciated
