Sorry if this us a repeat question. I have added to more photos hoping that it is easier to see. I am worried regarding my facelift 24 days ago. Is this a suture granuloma . I am traveling to Europe in 2 weeks , Easter is next week and will a ps here in Australia be interested to helping? Does the suture need to be removed? thanks for the advice
