I feel that my Cupid's bow tip a little to far apart for my liking, i would like them to be brought closer together and also for them to be less pointy, (more rounded) i am however happy, with the fullness of my lips

It appears that your lips look very good after fat grafting and lip lift. I'm not sure when your surgery was. But, if it was fairly recent, you may have some postoperative swelling that will improve over time. Thank you for sharing your photos and concerns. Best wishes.
Once your lip fillers wear off, your lips go back to the way they were before. You don't need to worry about looking worse, although you may feel like it because you forgot what you used to look like and you became used to the fuller lip look
Ugh. Expensive for a month of lip fullness. I don't think you can call it rejection. Fillers do vary in their longevity not only form person to person, but from site to site. Lips are one of those areas where the longevity seems to be less. I have always believed it...
