I'm five weeks post-BA (300cc smooth round dual plane, on 5'11 135lb 30 yr old) and have been experiencing bottoming out already, especially right breast. I wore the bra nearly 24/7 and this happened. His solution was just to tighten the straps and wait. Unfortunately this is making the implant is sag too far below this crease in my opinion. My skin is thin and I'm afraid it's just gonna stretch the lower pole more down. Is it really possible to fix the problem this way, without a capsuloraphy?

This is always a tough question to ask.Alot depends on your anatomy ie your chest size etc.At the end of the operation your surgeon has to be able to close the incision so maybe he can put 500 in there and maybe not.
Thank you for your question. At three years post-op, it is likely that lifting weights is related to the pain that you are experiencing. Please take your time getting back into exercising if you are experiencing this pain, listening to your body in the process. All the best,Dr....
