Could I get a nose like MJ?

The techniques used to create the shape of his nose proved to be risky as well.  It is widely believed they led to eventual extrusion (cartilage poking through the skin) which is an extremely difficult to correct.  I would not advise you to pursue this but to discuss what features you would like to see in your own nose and see if a reasonable agreement can be reached.  Otherwise, you may end up very unhappy with your results.

I do not think it realistic to expect your plastic surgeon to give you a nose that you say you admire…at least in a primary rhinoplasty. I believe the pictured nose is a result of many rhinoplasties performed over 10 to 20 years probably costing $100,000s to the individual where money was not a problem. A primary rhinoplasty can narrow your tip, rotate the nose tip upward, narrow the nose ,and remove the dorsal hump . Approximately up to 10% of primary rhinoplasty patients may proceed to a secondary nose procedure to help refine the first results.

 Virtually all plastic surgeons agree that a noselike Michael Jackson is quite artificial looking since God does not make them that way. Your nose can be refined with the hump removed, tip refinement etc. with a natural result.  See a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for this.
